Your Application

After submitting your application, you will be directed to instructions on how to proceed. This usually includes one or more video briefings by a member of our recruitment team.

Recruiter Online Briefing

During the video briefing, you will be given some details about our work ethics, relevant products, and expectations. You will also be given an opportunity to work with us as an external talent.

Become External Talent

The instructions given in the briefing will show you how to become part of our external talent team. And if you wish to become an internal staff, you can proceed to the next step.

Hiring manager interview

For those who wish to become internal staff, the hiring manager for the role will conduct a 45-minute long offline interview.

Team interviews

Candidates get the chance to meet with several other members of the team in a round of interviews. Depending on the role, there will be an assessment included in the process.

Offer extended

We will extend an offer to successful candidates with full compensation, benefits, and expectation details.

Become Internal Staff

New internal staff completes one-month probation and training; and goes through comprehensive onsite or remote (for those outside the country) onboarding sessions as part of their orientation.
